I’m Bri, a Personal Trainer and Pharmacist. Health has always been a part of my world, it’s more than numbers, prescriptions or aesthetics. For me, it’s alignment. It’s building a body and mindset that support the life you want to live.
Through my work in healthcare, I developed a strong interest in helping people make sustainable changes that support their long-term wellbeing. Strength training became a big part of my own life, and I saw how powerful it can be for building both mental and physical strength.
My coaching is designed for women who want to feel strong, aligned and confident- not just in the gym, but in themselves.
