Micah Chang

Hey, I’m Micah. I’m a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science from ECU.

My own fitness journey started at 92kg. I know what it feels like to want change, but not know where to start. Through structured training, better nutrition, and consistency, I lost 10kg in 16 weeks, and that experience shaped the way I coach today.

Now, I help others close the same gap between where they are and where they want to be.
