Hi! I’m Sharna, a personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science and over 10 years’ experience across physical education and health teaching, functional group fitness, and both online and in-person personal training.
My coaching focuses on functional training, strength, weight loss, and body recomposition, helping women move better, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies without extremes. I combine evidence-based training with real-world practicality, so your program fits your life, not the other way around.
