Hi there! I’m Anastasia. I have over 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, group trainer, and owner of my own fitness studio in Russia. After 12 years of choreography school, I dedicated my life to fitness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
I hold a Diploma in Management and multiple certifications in fitness and nutrition from both Russia and Australia. My passion lies in understanding the human body, chemistry, psychology, and everything that helps us reach new levels of development and well-being.
