Hi, I'm Stacey, and I've been working in the fitness industry since 2017. My passion is helping women achieve their health and fitness goals, and I never stop learning and growing my skills. Specifically, I focus on fitness for women, with a specialisation in pre and postnatal fitness.
As a mother of two, I understand firsthand how the body changes during pregnancy and after giving birth. That's why I create personalised training plans that cater to the unique needs of my clients. My goal is to help every woman become the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally.
