Hey, I’m Maddy! I’m a friendly and passionate personal trainer and competitive figure skater dedicated to helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I believe fitness should be welcoming, empowering, and enjoyable, no matter your starting point.
With extensive experience in strength, conditioning, and performance training, I focus on helping clients build functional strength, improve movement, and create sustainable healthy habits. My coaching combines functional training, athletic conditioning, and ongoing support to help you reach your goals - whether that’s improving fitness, increasing strength, enhancing performance, or simply moving more and feeling better.
