Hello there! I’m Raina Farrer, a versatile individual with a deep passion for health, fitness, and various creative pursuits. With a background in both the medical field and the arts, I bring a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to my role as a personal trainer.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and have spent six years immersed in the medical field, complemented by three years of experience in pharmacy. Outside of my academic and professional endeavours, I’m a model, dancer, fashion stylist, and makeup artist. My love for Bollywood dance and fitness led me to establish my own dance academy, where I actively promote fitness through my dedicated fitness page.
I’m driven by the desire to make a positive impact on others’ lives by empowering them to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. My passion lies in helping individuals discover their inner strength, find joy in movement, building their confidence and foster a supportive community within the gym environment.
